By making a booking through Erasmusu, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the chosen school.
If you are a beginner, course start dates may vary. Your booking agent will give you all the relevant information once the conditions with the school have been checked after receiving your booking request form.
If your booking includes accommodation, please try to book at least 6 weeks in advance so that we can guarantee all services according to your preferences.
If you book only a course, 2 weeks in advance will be enough to guarantee these services.
If you make a booking less than 2 weeks in advance that also includes accommodation, we will try to offer you what best suits your preferences, but you should consider the alternatives proposed by your agent.
You will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions of the school or institution with which you wish to book your study programme abroad in your booking request.

Once you make your booking request, we will check availability with the school to guarantee your place. In case that the school does not have availability due to the number of students on a particular course or if you do not meet the specified requirements for the requested course, your booking agent will contact you and propose alternatives. If these alternatives do not match your requirements, we will refund your booking fee in full.
In case you choose a course with pre-enrolment requirements, such as language level, certificates, etc., please note that non-compliance with these requirements may result in the school not confirming your booking. For more information, please refer to the school’s terms and conditions.

We do not charge any additional commission on top of the school fees. Our commission is fully paid directly by the school.
Erasmusu has no control over an academic institution’s decision to accept or reject your application, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any decision (either on time or in case of delays) that an institution makes on your application. Erasmusu is not responsible if an institution does not consider your application promptly and properly, nor if your application is not taken into consideration. If your application is rejected, full fees will be refunded.
You may be required to pay an accommodation deposit upon arrival at your destination. The deposit depends on the type of accommodation you wish to book. Generally, when applying for a room in a student residence or a private flat, it’s mandatory to pay at least one month’s deposit. On the other hand, if you apply for a host family accommodation, the amount of the deposit may vary depending on the length of your stay and the agreement between the family and the school. In any case, at the end of your stay, the deposit will be returned to you if all the conditions have been respected and there is no damage to the property.
From Erasmusu we select very carefully the schools and partners we work with, so when you choose any partner school, you choose an accredited and quality school that will assist you in everything you need during your stay.
Our programmes specify whether accommodation is included or not. The type of accommodation guaranteed with your booking is indicated in the course description. Generally, you will be able to book “course only” or a closed package including “course + accommodation”. If you prefer a different type of accommodation to the one indicated in the pack, please ask your agent if it is possible to change accommodation after booking and we will do our best to offer it to you.
If you have booked your course with us and are looking for accommodation, please let your agent know so that he/she can assist you. At Erasmusu we have our own accommodation providers in some cities and we may be able to help you find your room in a shared flat or in a residence.
Generally, arrival at the accommodation should be on Sunday (the day before the course starts), and departure on Saturday (the day after the end of the course). If you need any extra days in your accommodation after the end of your course, please let your agent know so that they can check availability. Should it not be possible to extend your stay in that accommodation, we may be able to offer you an alternative from our own accommodation providers.
Generally, each institution or school offers courses with fixed schedules or with different options for you to choose the one that suits you best. Most courses take place in the morning, but many schools offer afternoon and evening courses. The starting date depends on the school and can be every Monday, every beginning of the month, every semester or only during the summer. You can find all the information directly in the offer of each programme.
The accommodation is usually located no more than half an hour away from the school.The distance to the school can depend on several factors, including: the type of accommodation booked, the location of the school and the size of the city. The distance may increase in high season or due to circumstances beyond Erasmusu’s control.
You can book courses with or without accommodation. Our programmes indicate whether accommodation is included or not. Generally, you can book a “course only” or a closed package including “course + accommodation”.
Erasmusu’s education services are completely free of charge. We do not charge any additional fees beyond those required by the schools and institutions themselves when booking. We can guarantee the best price offered at any of our partner schools. If you find these programmes at a better price elsewhere, let us know and we will beat it.
Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time. However, please note that you may incur cancellation fees depending on the school’s cancellation policies.
If you book more than 8 weeks in advance and cancel within one week of booking, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your booking 8 weeks before the course start date, we guarantee a full refund.
If you cancel your booking between 8 and 4 weeks before the course start date, a cancellation fee will be charged by the school (please check the school’s cancellation policy for more information).
If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before the start of your course, you may incur a higher cancellation fee (usually a full one week’s booking). Please refer to the school’s cancellation policy for more information.
If you cancel less than 1 week before the course start date, your booking will not be refunded.
Once the course has started, you will not get the course refund.
These cancellation policies do not apply if the reason is due to major force and can be justified in writing (medical reasons such as surgery, death of a family member, etc.) or in case of a change in the restrictions by COVID-19 that differ from those in force at the time of booking.
Accommodation for the course + accommodation packs is provided by the requested school. If you have booked a course + accommodation package, it is possible to cancel the accommodation. It is not possible under any circumstances to cancel only the course in this form. Please consult your agent if in doubt and check the school’s cancellation policy for more information.

Please note that, although there may be fewer restrictions if you have completed your vaccination schedule, not all countries recognise all types of vaccines, so please check local recommendations before you travel.
